从狮钮象牙僧印看明代的民族与宗教关系

On the Ethnic and Religious Relationship in the Ming Dynasty from the Lion Button Ivory Monk Seal

2009年,甘肃省定西市岷县博物馆征集明代象牙印一方,经甘肃省文物鉴定委员会鉴定为明代狮钮象牙印。此印制作精美,造型雄浑,保存完整,雕刻精细,具有很高的艺术性和历史价值,不仅印证了历史文献的某些记载,亦是明代中央政府民族与宗教政策的实物见证。

In 2009, the museum in Ming county, Dingxi, Gansu province collected an ivory seal of the Ming dy- nasty, which was the lion button ivory seal determined by Gansu Cultural Relics Appraisal Committee. The seal was made and shaped beautifully and preserved well and carved carefully. It has the very high artistic and historical val- ue. It not only confirms some records of historical literature but also is the object witness for the ethnic and religious policy of the central government of the Ming dynasty
