基于科学发展观视角下的大学生党员质量保障机制研究

Study on Quality Guarantee Mechanism of College Student CPC Members from the Perspective of Scientific Outlook on Development

基于科学发展观的视角,从坚持发展的角度,阐述了当前大学生党员质量的现状;从以人为本的角度,分析了该现状存在的原因;从全面协调可持续的角度,提出以思想保障机制、组织保障机制、制度保障机制、队伍保障机制、实践保障机制、环境保障机制六个方面来构建大学生党员质量保障机制;从统筹兼顾的角度,强调要处理好大学生党员数量与质量的关系。从而确保大学生党员质量的不断提升,促进高校党建科学化水平的全面提高。

Based on the perspective of Scientific Outlook on Development, this paper describes the status quo of the current college student CPC members＇ quality and analyzes the reasons from the perspective of people-oriented. Then the author proposes to build the college student CPC members＇ quality guarantee mechanism from six aspects of thinking, organization, system, team, practice and the en- vironment from the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development point of view. Moreover, the author emphasizes to handle the relationship between the quantity and quality of college student CPC members properly from the perspective of overall planning and all- round consideration, so as to ensure the continuous improvement of the quality of college student CPC members and promote the compre- hensive improvement of the college party building scientific level.
