摘要
采用微波消解法与ICP-AES法联用技术测定4个土壤标准样品中的Pb含量,并将测定结果与ICP-MS法的测定结果进行对比,结果发现ICP-AES法的相对标准偏差和加标回收率均达到要求,但是检出值在基体中其他元素的干扰下与保证值相比均有较大的正偏差。通过模拟土壤样品中的背景水平,配制含有多种可能干扰元素的背景溶液,找出了主要干扰元素为Al,并计算出Al元素的干扰系数为0.000 35,用该系数对土壤样品中Pb含量的测定结果进行校正,校正结果均在保证值范围之内,且精密度较高、效果可靠。
This paper adopts microwave digestion and ICP-AES method to determine the content of Pb in 24soil samples and compares the results with those of ICP-AES method.The results show that the relative standard deviation and spike recovery rates of ICP-AES method meet the requirements,but the detection values,when compared with the guaranteed values,have large positive deviation.In this regard,through preparing different background solutions with several interference elements to simulate the background level of soil samples,the paper figures out that the main interference element is Al and then calculates the interference coefficient of Al,which is 0.00035.At the end,the paper corrects the determination results of Pb with the interference coefficient,and the results are all within the range of guaranteed values,so they are highly precise and reliable.
