松通高速公路运营期大气环境影响评估 被引量:2

摘要 基于交通量预测数据和车辆单车排放因子,定量估算了松通高速公路运营近期、中期和远期车辆尾气排放导致的CO、HC和NOx排放量,并分析了上述污染物在公路两侧的扩散浓度。结果表明:松通高速公路在运营近期每天CO、HC和NOx的排放量分别为34.208t、3.923t和6.741t,中期每天CO、HC和NOx的排放量分别为55.615t、6.379t和10.960t,远期每天CO、HC和NOx的排放量分别为115.141t、13.205t和22.693t;在D类大气稳定度和最不利风向条件下,距离松通高速公路中心线20m下风向处近期、中期和远期的CO浓度分别为0.083 7mg/m3、0.136 3mg/m3和0.282 7mg/m3,HC浓度分别为0.009 6mg/m3、0.015 6mg/m3和0.032 4mg/m3,NOx浓度分别为0.016 5mg/m3、0.026 9mg/m3和0.055 7mg/m3;与背景浓度叠加后,松通高速公路线路下风向距离公路中心线200m范围内近期、中期和远期的NOx日均总浓度均低于国家环境空气质量标准中的浓度限值,表明松通高速公路运营期间车辆排放的大气污染物对沿线环境空气质量影响较小。 On the basis of the forecast data of traffic volume and vehicular emission factors,this paper quantitatively analyzes the emission amounts of CO,HC and NOx from vehicle exhaust and pollutant diffusion concentration in Song-Tong(from Songyuan to Tongyu)highway during its recent,middle and future operation periods.The results show that the emission amounts of CO,HC and NOx are 34.208t,3.923tand 6.741t,5.615t,6.379tand 10.960t,and 115.141t,13.205tand 22.693tin recent,middle,future operation periods,respectively.Under the condition of D class atmospheric stability and the most unfavorable wind direction,the CO concentrations in the downwind area within 20mdistance from the highway centerline are 0.083 7mg/m3,0.136 3mg/m3 and 0.282 7mg/m3 in recent,middle and future operation periods,respectively;the HC concentrations in the downwind area within 20mdistance from the highway centerline are 0.009 6mg/m3,0.0156mg/m3 and 0.032 4mg/m3 in recent,middle and future operation periods,respectively;and the NOx concentrations in the downwind area within 20m distance from the highway centerline are 0.016 5mg/m3,0.026 9mg/m3 and 0.055 7mg/m3 in recent,middle and future operation periods,respectively.The total NOx concentration value in the downwind area of Song-Tong highway is less than the permissible value of the ambient air quality standard of China,which indicates that the air pollutants from vehicle exhaust have weak impact on the air quality in both sides of the highway during the operation period.
