摘要
指标权重的分配在建筑施工安全评价方案中至关重要,它直接影响评价结果的准确性。本文提出了一种基于粗糙集法和层次分析法相结合的指标权重分配方法,该方法是通过定义属性重要度来构造客观评价矩阵,并通过判断矩阵计算指标的客观权重,在此基础上与层次分析法得到的主观权重进行组合,最后由组合权重来进行安全评价决策。实例应用表明:采用组合权重法来确定建筑施工企业安全评价的指标权重,能够综合主观和客观两方面的因素,得到的权重更科学且更加符合实际,并能够提高安全评价的准确度,且方法简单、具有较好的可操作性,便于在实际应用中加以推广。
The allocation of index weight in the safety evaluation scheme is crucial and directly affects the accuracy of evaluation scheme.This paper proposes a weight allocation method,based on the rough set method and the analytic hierarchy method,to attribute importance to constructing the matrix of objective evaluation,and calculates the objective weights;and then it combines the objective weights with the subjective weights calculated by analytic hierarchy process;at the end,it applies the combination weights to evaluating the safety.Example application shows that the method used to determine the index weights in the safety evaluation of building construction enterprises is able to integrate both subjective and objective factors,so the weights are more scientific and more realistic.This method can improve the accuracy of the safety evaluation,has simplicity and good operability,and is easy to be promoted in practical applications.
