摘要
车架纵梁作为重卡中最大的零部件,在满足车架强度的同时减轻纵梁的重量成为重卡轻量化性能的重点研究对象。本文通过进行高强钢车架纵梁的工艺试验,论证高强钢纵梁在现有设备能力下的应用情况,为整车性能提升提供依据。
As the largest part of the heavy duty, the side beam has become the key research object of the light weight performance, while meet the frame strength and reduce the weight. Through the process test of high strength side beam, the article demonstrates the application of the high strength side beam in the capability of existing equipment situation, and provides the basis for the vehicle performance improvement
