This paper specifically analyzes the main problems of the present patent system, and puts forward some feasible measures and suggestions ,for example, how to produce sci-tech achievements more and rapid and to increase number of patent applications, revision and imsprovement of the patent law, how to develop the usage rate of patent documentation and do well documentation job of patent documentation, how to push forward the patent work in enterprises and meet the developing trend of international patent coordination imitatively and so on.
