To carry out the double tutorial system in application-oriented colleges is to improve the comprehensive quality of the applied talents. The implementation of the double tutorial system needs the college and the enterprise to foster the students together. Taking e-commerce specialty in Qiqihar Institute of Engineering as an example, the paper discusses the relationship between school and enterprise in the double tutorial system.
