摘要
随着高职院校的高速发展,近年来全国高职院校竞争愈来愈激烈,生存环境愈发复杂,于是市场要求高职院校打造属于自己的核心竞争力,纵观高职院校核心竞争力的发展,人员因素是核心竞争力最关键的核心要素,立足于自身学院的特色,打造不可复制的高职院校核心竞争力——"双师"型师资队伍,才能将高职院校的发展推上更高的一个台阶。文章从四个方面浅谈打造核心竞争力之"双师型"师资团队建设的措施。
Throughout the development of the core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges, human factor is the most key factor. This paper discusses the construction measures of building the "double type" teaching team from four aspects: putting forward some requirements to improve the selection system; paying attention to the continuing education training; forming a team to get better benefit; getting through the career development channel.
