高职计算机应用专业岗位能力培养探索

Exploration on work ability training of computer application specialty in higher vocational colleges

目前,我国已经处在大力发展职业教育的时期,办学规模不断发展,社会认可度逐渐提升。但是,高职教育同时也存在着一些不足,一方面是用人单位人才缺乏,另一方面是高职学生岗位能力不够专,达不到企业要求。文章通过从计算机应用专业的有特色的岗位引领,使学生从入学开始就确定自己的岗位目标及职业规划,并把此目标贯穿在人才培养过程中,从而做到人才培养有的放矢。

At present, our country has been in the period of rapidly developing vocational education with the expansion of the education scale and the gradual improvement of social recognition. However, at the same time, higher vocational education still has some deficiency. On the one hand, it is the lack of talents; on the other hand, students＇ work ability cannot meet the demands of the enterprises. From the distinctive posts of the computer application specialty, this paper discusses the ways for the students to determine their post goals and career planning from the first day in the college and put the goal in the process of talent training so as to achieve the talent cultivating target.
