高职院校会计专业建设的调研分析

会计类专业是高职类院校中开设非常普遍的专业之一,由于各行各业都需要会计人员,所以整个社会每年对会计类人才的需求量也是非常大的。文章通过会计人才需求市场调研,来改革该专业的人才培养模式和专业课程设置,完善专业教学标准,提高人才培养质量,更好的培养出适合市场需要的会计类专业人才。

The accounting specialty is one of the most popular majors in higher vocational colleges. Because the accounting personnel are needed in all walks of life, the annual demand of the whole society for accounting talents is very large. In this paper, through the market research of the accounting talents demand, the talents training mode and specialty curriculum setting are reformed to perfect the teaching standards and improve the quality of talents training so as to train the personnel of accounting specialty needed by the market.
