摘要
外国人"三非"问题是外国人管理工作中的传统而又日趋复杂的难题。本文试从外国人"三非"问题的现状、危害等方面进行分析,探究外国人"三非"问题的治理对策。
The illegal entry, illegal residence, and illegal employment of foreigners are the traditional problems for alien management, which are becoming more and more complicated. This paper tries to briefly analyze the current situation, damage and countermeasures of the above three problems.
