Suggestions on Innovation of Community Management Mechanism in Dalian

文章从社区管理创新实践、社区管理模式、基础设施建设等层面分析了大连社区管理的现状,对居委会与物业公司这两种社区管理模式下存在的问题进行了详细阐述;针对大连地域实际,提出了建立社区自治机制,推行扁平化、标准化管理,加强社区工作者队伍建设等创新大连社区管理的基本方法。

On the basis of analyzing the present community management situation of Dalian from the perspectives of community management innovation, community management mode, and infrastructure of communities, this paper elaborates on the problems existing in two community management modes, namely, the neighborhood committee and the property management company. According to the actual situation of Dalian, this paper proposes some basic methods to reform the community management in Dalian, such as the establishment of community autonomy mechanism, the implementation of fiat and standardized management, and the reinforcement of community workers forces.
