The Actuality and Countermeasures of Health Management over College Teachers in Liaoning Province

健康管理是对个体或群体的健康进行全面监测、分析、评估,提供健康咨询和指导,以及对健康危险因素进行干预的全过程。在详细分析中国健康管理现状的基础上,通过问卷调查方法,了解辽宁高校教师健康管理现状,阐述了高校开展教师健康管理的可行性与必要性、并有针对性的提出学校开展健康管理的方法与对策。

Health management refers to the whole process that monitors, analyzes and evaluates the health state of both individuals and groups; it provides health advice, guidance as well as intervention against factors endangering health. Upon a detailed analysis of the present situation of health management in China, this paper gets a general view of health management over college teachers in Liaoning province by questionnaires. The article discusses the feasibility and necessity to carry out health management over college teachers and proposes countermeasures for health management in colleges and universities.
