摘要
2011年9~10月,在白洋淀马堡村杜家淀开展了原位围隔实验,研究不同生物链组合在调控水体富营养化方面的效能与稳定性.结果表明,90株穗花狐尾藻(Myriophyllum spicatum)+1 750 g中华圆田螺(Cipangopalu-dina cahayensis)+200 g日本沼虾(Macrobrachium nipponense)+675 g鲢(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)和90株穗花狐尾藻+1 750g中华圆田螺+200g日本沼虾复合生物链组合使水体透明度明显增加;90株穗花狐尾藻+1 750 g中华圆田螺复合生物链组合和90株穗花狐尾藻移植处理减少了水体中的氨氮含量;90株穗花狐尾藻+1 750 g中华圆田螺+200g日本沼虾+675 g鲢复合生物链组合减少了水体中的叶绿素a含量.
Situ enclosure experiments were done in Baiyangdian Lake from September to October 2011 to study the effect and control stability of different biological chains on eutrophication. According to the results, the en- closures with 10 plants/m2 of Myriophyllum spicatum+ 195 g/m2 of Unio douglasiae+22 g/m2 of Macrobrachium nipponense+75 g/m2 of Hypophthalmichthys molitrix and the combination of the first three species could effective- ly increase water transparency. The enclosures with 10 plants/m2 of Myriophyllum spicatum+ 195g/m2 of Unio douglasiae and 10 plants/m2 of Myriophyllurn spicatum were improved well, of which NH3-N decreased signifi- cantly. The enclosures with 10 plants/m2 of Myriophyllura spicatum+195g/m2 of Unio douglasiae+22 g/m2 of Mac- robrachium nipponense+75 g/m2 of Hypophthalraichthys molitrix were improved well, of which chlorophylla-a decreased significantly.
