摘要
在pH=10.0的缓冲溶液中,于激发波长275 nm、发射波长360 nm处测定时,邻菲啰啉溶液的荧光强度因与镁发生反应生成了络合物而得到增敏,其增敏程度(ΔF)与镁的质量浓度在0.1~2.0mg/L的范围内呈线性关系。用此方法测定了3种保健品中镁的含量,测定值的相对标准偏差在0.15%~0.59%之间。同时做了加标回收试验,其回收率在93.30%~103.9%之间,结果满意。
In a buffer solution of pH 10,fluorescence of the reagent o-phenanthro line was enhanced due to the formation of a complex with magnesium,when measured at the wavelengths of 275 nm(λex) and 360 nm(λem).The magnitude of increase in fluorescence intensity(ΔF) was found to keep linear relationship with concentration of magnesium in the range from 0.1-2.0 mg / L.Three health products were analyzed for their magnesium contents by this method,values of RSD' s found were in the range from 0.15% to 0.59%.Test for recovery was made and the recovery was from 93.30% to 103.9%.
