新时期党员质量观探析

确保新时期党员的质量,要严格坚持党员标准,始终把政治标准放在首位,加强入党积极分子培养教育,提高发展党员质量,强化党员管理,严格党内组织生活,及时处置不合格党员。因此,要把好党员质量"入口"关,控制党员发展规模,从源头上保证党员队伍的纯洁性;加强对党员的教育和管理,全面提升党员队伍素质,减少不合格党员数量;完善退出机制,及时处置不合格党员。尤其是在处置不合格党员问题上,既要把好政策界限,更要加大处置力度,采取相应的组织措施,把那些不合格党员清除出党,从而保持党的纯洁性,进一步提高党的战斗力,使中国共产党始终成为中国特色社会主义坚强领导核心。
