摘要
近些年来,网络谣言蔚然成风,特别是"秦火火事件",可以说将网络谣言发展到了一个高峰。目前,网络谣言的传播已经具有了明显的特征,对社会造成了极大的危害,通过对其动因的探究,初步总结出防控网络谣言是个大的系统工程,需要国家、社会和个体层面共同努力,在自由表达权利与建立维护网络环境之间找到平衡点。
In recent years, Internet rumor has been a hot topic, especially with the incident of ＂ Qin Huo - huo＂ as its climax. Internet rumor has caused great damage to the society, now that it has obtains explicit styles in expanding itself. This paper studies the causes to internet rumor and reaches that it is a great system of work to pre- vent internet rumors and to find out the balance between protecting the right to speak and preventing internet ru- mors, which requires the cooperation among nation, society and individual.
