晏阳初和朱焕章之教育思想比较

A Comparative Study of the Educational Thoughts of Yan Yangchu and Zhu Huanzhang

晏阳初和朱焕章是世界平民教育运动的两大教育家,晏阳初率先在河北进行定县实验,朱焕章则是在少数民族地区进行教育实践。纵观两者,我们会发现两者的教育实践和教育思想存在诸多共通点,突出体现在都怀有基督宗教的博爱情怀和对教育现实的深刻思考,坚持教育的普及性和人的全面发展,注重平教运动的师资培养,平民教育思想的时代性和本土性特征等等。比较他们的教育思想,对于教育家办学以及当代中国民族教育的发展具有重要的启示。

Yan Yangchu and Zhu Huanzhang are two great educationists in civil education, Yan practicing his educational theory in County Ding and Zhu in the residential area of minority ethnic group. Through analysis, we find that the two enjoy much commonplace in their theory, which all embodies their consideration towards the reality of current education and their mercy love inherited from the Christ. They also advocate popular education and wholesome development of personality, and emphasize the development of teachers in the movement of civil education, which all reveal the civil feature of their educational thoughts. By a comparative study of their educational thoughts, this paper approaches the development of civil education in China with new highlights.
