摘要
文章针对当前高校学前教育专业学生校内实训存在的问题,提出建立完善的管理体系,积极培养"双师型"教师,加强实训、实验室建设,注重校内实训与校外实践相结合,校内实训形式多样化,建立自下而上的评价模式等对策。
This paper analyzes the problems in the practical training on campus of preschool education majors and proposes that a complete management system should be established and the practical training and laboratory building should be enhanced. It also points out that this practical training on campus should be combined with that in real practice, with a variety of approaches in practical training on campus and the establishment of an evaluation system coming from below.
