A postoperative complication of ureterorrhgia through ureterolithotomy: Report of 6 cases

6例输尿管结石患者,经切开取石术后并发大出血,血尿的特点为血尿→缓解→血尿;5例经膀胱镜检查,均见输尿管喷血尿。插管引流3例,手术治疗2例,均治愈。对术前处理,术中操作及术后护理等问题进行了讨论。
