The circulating cooling technical water supply system of units in Khaki Hydropower Station is composed of cleaning tank,water pump,tail-water heat exchanger,return pipe and instrument accessories. The system arrangement is introduced. The anti-abrasion and anti-freezing measures of tail-water heat exchanger in cooling water system are put forward,and the further problems in anti-abrasion and weaknesses in this system are pointed out.
