Non-standardization and Rhetoric of Legislative Language in China(the First Half Part)

通过我国已经颁布的二百三十多部有效法律的全面研究,发现我国的法律失范主要有八个方面:(一)标点符号;(二)词汇;(三)语法;(四)语义;(五)文字;(六)概念术语;(七)行文款式;(八)逻辑。论文还就法律失范的八个方面分别举出具有代表性的例子,并给出失范的名称和原因,为法律的理解、修订、司法和法典化建设提供支持,希望能够促进中国特色社会主义法律体系的完善和法治社会的建设。

More than 230 effective laws issued in China were studied, It was found that the non - standardiza- tion of legislative language was reflected in punctuation, vocabulary, grammar, semantics, word, conceptual term, writing style and logic. Examples, names, reasons of the non - standardization are given.
