摘要
针对现行的效能评估方法中出现的问题,提出了一种权重未知情况下的效能评估方法。基于传统的向量相似度评估方法,对评估模型进行了改进,解决了权重未知情况下的效能评估问题。实例结果表明,该方法切实有效,使得评估更为客观、合理、可信。
In order to solve the promble of efficiency evaluation at present,a new method is explained.Based on traditional model of resembance-degree,the model has been improved,this method has solved the question of efficiency evaluation without index weight.The example has proved the validity of this mothod which made the evaluation is more objective,resonable and reliable.
