指挥信息系统是集指挥控制、预警探测、情报侦察、电子对抗、通信以及其他作战信息保障功能于一体的综合体系,其综合效能评估是衡量系统整体作战能力的重要方法。该文结合指挥信息系统对抗仿真的实现方法,研究了指挥信息系统体系效能评估的指标体系以及仿真评估的功能结构,构建了效能评估框架,描述了相关的评估模型,有效扩展了指挥信息系统效能评估的研究方法。

C4ISR System is an integral system consisting of command,control,communication,computer,intelligence,surveillance,reconnaissance,electronic warfare and other combatant information assurance.Its integrated effectiveness is an important research object for evaluating the effectiveness of the united campaign.Combined with the method used in the System of Combatant Field Environment Simulation,the paper discusses the index system of integrated effectiveness,function frame of evaluation.Finally the paper build the Effectiveness Evaluation Framework,descibe the related evaluation model,develop the research method efficiently.
