摘要
:弗朗霍夫模式是德国研究机构企业化运作的成功典型。由于体制性等原因 ,我国研究机构的企业化改革借鉴弗朗霍夫模式的组织结构、运行机制、融资方式、人力资源配置具有可能性、必要性和可行性。
The fraunhofer model had sucessed in changing institution of scientific research into Hi tech business. The achivements of The fraunhofer model should be attributed to the many sided function of market mechanism and gaverment support. In our country, institution of scientific research is being changed into Hi tech business, it is not only possible but also essential and feasible for us to copy the fraunhofer model.
