心理护理干预对全子宫切除术后病人生活质量的影响

Influence of psychological nursing intervention on quality of life of patients after hysterectomy

[目的]探讨心理护理干预对全子宫切除病人生活质量的影响。[方法]选取120例良性肿瘤单纯行全子宫切除术后的病人,对入院后病人的生理功能及社会功能生活质量采用生活质量综合评定问卷进行评估,在病人住院期间实施心理护理干预,出院后再次进行电话回访评估,比较护理干预前后病人生理功能及社会功能生活质量的变化。[结果]干预后病人的生理功能生活质量(睡眠与精力、躯体不适、进食、性功能以及运动感觉功能)较干预前的得分有所提高(P<0.05);病人的社会功能生活质量(社会支持、人际交往、工作学习、业余生活以及婚姻家庭)较干预前的得分有所提高(P<0.05)。[结论]良好的心理护理干预能有效缓解病人的心理障碍,提高病人的生活质量。

Objective：To probe into influence of psychological nursing inter- vention on quality of life of patients after hysterectomy. Methods： A total of 120 cases with benign tumor after undergoing simple hysterectomy were selected. The physiological function, social function and quality of life of patients after admission were evaluated by using comprehensive quality of life questionnaires. Psychological nursing intervention was carried out for patients during hospitalization, telephone interviews assessment was car- ried out again after discharge, then to compare the changes of physiological function, social function and quality of life of patients before and after nurs- ing intervention. Results：After the intervention, the scores of quality of life in physiological functions of patients （sleep and energy, physical discom- fort,eating,sexual function, motor and sensory function） were higher than that before intervention （P〈0. 05） ;the score of patients＇ quality of life in social function （social support, interpersonal relationships, work and study, leisure life,marriage and family） was improved compared with that before intervention （P〈0.05）. Cohclusion： Good psychological nursing interven- tion can effectively relieve the patient＇s mental disorder, improve the patient＇s quality of life.
