无缝管理模式在术晨首台手术病人候诊期的实践效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]保证术晨首台病人在等待实施手术期间的人身安全,并减轻其心理压力。[方法]将400例首台手术病人随机分为观察组和对照组各200例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施无缝管理模式,采用焦虑自评量表评分(SAS)评价两组病人的心理情况,采用满意度调查表调查两组病人对手术室护士的护理服务满意度。[结果]观察组病人SAS评分低于对照组、对手术室护士的护理服务满意度高于对照组,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]无缝管理模式应用于术晨首台手术病人候诊期,可缓解病人的心理压力、提高病人的满意度。 Objective. To protect the personal safety of patients waiting the first stage surgery in morning, and alleviate their psychological pressure. Methods. A total of 400 patients waiting the first stage surgery in morning were randomly divided into modified group and control group, 200 cases in each,control group patients received routine care, seamless management model was implemented for observation group patients. Self - rating anxie- ty scale score (SAS) was used to evaluate patients' psychological condi- tion,Satisfaction Questionnaire survey was used to evaluate satisfaction of two groups of patients to nursing service of operating room nurses. Re- suits. Compared with control group, SAS score of patients in observation group was lower, patients' satisfaction to operating room nurses ~ nursing service was higher, and the differences were statistically significant (P~ O. 01). Conclusion-Seamless management model applied for patients undergoing first stage surgery in the morning can alleviate the psychological pressure of patients and improve patients~ satisfaction.
