摘要
为了提高冲裁模的设计效率,以Pro/ENGINEER为平台,使用Pro/TOOLKIT和Visual C++6.0软件为开发工具,开发了一套3D冲裁模辅助设计及标准件库系统.该系统具有对冲裁件的结构工艺性进行判定功能,并且可以通过输入已知零件尺寸自动计算出凸、凹模刃口尺寸,以及其它工作零件尺寸;另外对于冲裁模的标准三维零件可以直接进行选取使用.该系统缩短了冲裁模的设计周期,提高了冲裁模的设计效率及质量.
Based on Pro/ENGINEER platform, a 3D blanking die CAD system with standard parts library is developed using Pro/TOOLKIT and Visual C+-b6. 0 to improve the design efficiency of the blanking die. This system has the decision function to structure the blanking process. It automatically calculates the cutting edge size of convex and concave molds for part dimension and other part size. In addition,standard three--dimensional parts of die can be selected to use directly. The system shortens the design cycle and improves design efficiency and quality of the blanking die.
