鼠创伤性失血性休克对其细胞生物膜脂质过氧化水平的影响

摘要 目的建立创伤性失血性休克(THS)模型,探讨THS发生过程中对细胞生物膜脂质过氧化水平的影响。方法选择大鼠急性失血创伤方式建立收缩压下降曲线,形成THS模型并对相关过程分段,放血及留取血样检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA),并予以统计分析。结果 THS发生过程不同位置失血量与SOD、MDA均存在统计学差异。结论 THS发生过程中失血量与SOD、MDA水平变化存在显著性差异提示THS对细胞生物膜脂质过氧化水平具有重要影响。 Objective Through establishing a model of traumatic hemorrhagic shock(THS) to investigate the influ- ence of THS on lipid peroxidation of cell membrane. Methods Acute blood loss was selected as the methods of rats' dam- age and to establish THS model. The relevant process was sectioned according to the systolic blood pressure declining curve, bloodletting and leave blood specimens were taken for detecting superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde ( MDA), then statistics analysis was made. Results There were statistically significant differences in blood loss volume' s at different locations of THS as well as SOD and MDA during THS. Conclusion Blood loss volume and the level change of SOD as well as MDA have significant difference which suggests that THS has an important role on lipid peroxidation of cell membrane.
