中国内地和香港中药现代化合作的经济学研究

Modernization of CMM in Economics: Cooperation between China's Mainland and Hong Kong

本文从产业发展政策角度，对比了内地和香港在中药现代化领域的比较优势，运用波特的产业发展的“钻石结构”理论，指出两地在要素禀赋、技术开发能力、需求条件、企业差异、政府行为和机会等方面具有优势互补和产业互动的巨大潜力。用价值链方法分析了现代中药产业的增值过程，指出形成产业的国际竞争力的战略环节为研发和营销。分析了目前两地合作的特点及其障碍，并据此提出中药现代化合作的产业政策建议。

This paper compared the advantages between mainaland and Hong Kong in TCM modernization from the point of industrial policy. And it argued that the advantage complementation and industrial interaction would be provided by the cooperation. Porter's diamond structure theory was employed to analyze the productive factors, technique development, market demands, and diversity of enterprises, governmental actions and opportunities of both places. It claimed that the international competitive advantages of enterprise hinged on the R& D and marketing, under law of value. At the same time, the feature and impediment in cooperation practice were discussed and suggestions for the tooperation of hoth placeson CTM modenization were given.
