外汇年检作为对外商投资企业非现场监测的重要手段,通过核查企业年检数据能较为全面地了解企业的收支状况和经营情况。但由于参与外汇年检的人员素质参差不齐、工作态度等原因,不可避免地出现数据错误、状况异常的现象。因此,规范外汇年检工作,促进外汇年检的监管作用是十分重要和必要的。本文根据在外汇年检的工作实践,对如何通过外汇年检工作来加强对外企的监管提出建议。

Annual inspection of foreign exchange is an important means of off-site monitoring of foreign invested enterprises. Checking annual data of enterprises can know about enterprises＇ balance of payments and operating conditions more comprehensively. But due to the uneven personnel quality and work attitude of participants in the annual inspection of foreign exchange, the phe- nomenon of data errors and abnormal condition is inevitable. Therefore, regulating the annual inspection of foreign exchange and pro- moting the supervision function of the annual inspection of foreign exchange are very important and necessary. According to the work- ing practice, the paper puts forward suggestions on how to strengthen the supervision of foreign enterprises by means of the annual in- spection of foreign exchange,
