基于WPON和SIP协议的智能视频监控平台研究

摘要 针对目前电力系统变电站远程视频监控系统中存在的接口协议不兼容、传输速率低和图像质量不高等严重影响系统联网和应用的亟待解决的问题,采用基于SIP协议的软交换技术,基于WPON的光传输技术,建立一个覆盖220 kV、500kV变电站宽带网络的智能化高清视频图像平台,该平台能对视频格式进行无损转码,对图像、动量、风速和温度等数据信息进行综合分析,并能利用图像的智能预警和分析技术对无人变电站出线及设备覆冰和线路舞动等现象进行分析预警,同时该平台对于视频监控系统统一联网、技术创新、品质提升和规模应用,具有重要意义。 The current remote video monitoring system of power system substation has such problems as incompatible interface protocol, low transmission rate and low image quality, which affect seriously system networking and application. Aiming at these problems, the intelligent HD video image platform covering 220kV and 550kV power substation wideband networks based on SIP soft-switch and WPON optical transmission technologies is built. This platform can implement the lossless transcoding of video format, analyze synthetically the data information of image, momentum, wind speed and temperature, and use the intelligent alarm and analysis technologies of image to analyze and warn the phenomena such as outgoing line of unmanned substation, equipment ice coating and line galloping. Meanwhile, this platform has important significance in the unified networking, technology innovation, quality improvement and wide application of video monitoring system.
