锅炉燃烧器内气固两相流动的数值模拟

摘要 当前,在解决传热与流动问题上,数值模拟已经成为一个非常重要的工具。利用自行开发的基于非正交贴体坐标系的计算软件,采用k-ε-AP气固两相湍流模型,对近出口处带有菱形障碍块的锅炉燃烧器内的气固两相冷态流动进行了数值模拟。根据流体动力学理论和某些出版物中发表的相关数据,通过对计算结果的比较、分析,证实了燃烧器一次风喷嘴带有菱形障碍块的结构对于炉膛内的稳定燃烧有着非常重要的作用。 Nowadays, numerical simulation is playing a more and more important role in sol- ving flow and heat transfer problems. A computing procedure under nonorthogonal body-fit- ted coordinate system is developed to numerically simulate the gas-solid two-phase flow in a boiler burner with a diamond-shaped barrier near the outlet, in which the k-ε-Ae turbulence model is adopted. According to the theories of Fluid Dynamics and the relevant data in some publications, the computational results are analyzed, and they show that the diamondshaped barrier built in the burner is very important for the stable combustion in boiler.
