摘要
运用了操作分析、5W1H、ECRS等工作研究方法对某电站设备制造企业直管对接机械焊工序进行优化,通过人机图分析,缓解直管对接机械焊人员不足的主要矛盾,减少生产制造过程中的各种浪费,缩短制造周期,降低生产成本,提高劳动生产率,为企业带来了实际效益。
This paper applied the method of method study, the operation ECRS to a straight tube butt welding process on station boiler optimizatio chine operations analysis is used in this paper to make reduce all kinds of w facturing process and to reduce manufacturing cycle, The ultimate goal o help enterprises to improve their manufacturing capability and to promote t healthy development of enterprises.
