高职思政课教师职业倦怠干预对策分析

摘要 高职院校思想政治理论课要求任课教师以完美化、典范化的形象言传身教地完成教书育人的神圣使命,而生活在现实社会中的思政课教师却承担着来自工作和生活的种种压力,极易产生职业倦怠。本文从教师、学生、学校和社会4个层面分析了高职院校思想政治理论课教师职业倦怠的危害性,提出了预防和缓解措施,以期引起社会重视。 The nature of the ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges requires that teachers with a perfect and typical image accomplish the sacred mission of the teaching by precept and example. However,bearing the pressure from work and life ,they are extremely easy to have the occupation burnout in reality.This paper first presents the problem, then analyzes the harmfulness of occupation burnout from such four aspects as teachers,students,school and society and finally puts forward several countermeasures against the problem in order to give attention from society and care to this group.
