企业文化与高职校园文化对接的实践研究

The Practice of Docking Corporate Culture and Campus Culture of Higher Vocational College

为了提升高职院校学生的职业能力,实现校企"双赢",本文从企业文化提前融入高职校园文化的角度,研究了企业文化与高职校园文化对接的3条有效途径,即企业核心文化校园化、运用企业先进管理模式管理校内实训基地、深化职业化教育。

In order to improve the professional ability of students in higher vocational colleges, and to achieve the ＂win-win＂ effect between colleges and enterprises,from the perspective of enterprise culture integrating into campus culture in advance,the article studies the three effective ways for docking corporate culture and campus culture,namely the enterprise core culture on campus,using the advanced enterprise management mode for school management and deepening professional education.
