介绍了天铁集团第二炼铁厂6#高炉经过长时间停炉后的开炉全过程。通过开炉前的充分准备、开炉料的精确计算以及制定合理的操作制度,在出铁后第五天高炉利用系数达到2.057 t/m3·d,其它各项技术经济指标也快速达到预期目标,实现了快速高效开炉。

The entire start-up process of BF 6, Iron-making Plant 2, Tiantie Group after long time stoppage is introduced. With full preparation for start-up, the accurate calculation of start-up charge and reasonable operation system, the utilization coefficient of blast furnace on the fifth day after tapping reached 2.057 t/m3 d, and all other technical and economic indices fast hit anticipated targets as well. A fast and highly efficient start-up was achieved.
