粗轧机AWC液压控制系统故障原因分析与改进

摘要 针对粗轧机AWC液压控制系统发生异常振动和异常噪声的现象,分析出其产生原因是液压冲击力过大。通过减少伺服缸所受的冲击、插装阀上增加阻尼、调整伺服阀的零漂措施后,使粗轧机AWC液压控制系统所受的冲击明显减小,消除了异常振动和异常噪声的现象,保障了生产的正常进行,提高了板卷的产量,取得了较大的经济效益。 The author analyzes the problem of abnormal vibration and noise generated at AWC (Auto Width Control) hydraulic control system of roughing mill and finds out its cause as big hydraulic impact. Measures of reducing the impact on servo cylinder, adding buffer on cartridge valve and adjusting zero drifting at servo valve were taken. The impact on AWC hydraulic control system of roughing mill was reduced substantially and abnormal vibration and noise eliminated. Therefore, normal production was ensured, coil production increased and big economy benefit obtained.
