摘要
澳大利亚法学教育经过150余年的发展,已经与美国和英国的地位相近,澳大利亚法学教育具有灵活、国际化和多元化的特点,重视实践教学和复合型人才的培养,强调以学生为中心的教学方法。中国法学教育可以考虑借鉴澳大利亚法学教育的若干经验。
After the development of more than 150 years, the Australian legal education has achieved similar position to the US and UK. With the characteristics of flexibility, internationalization and diversification, the Australian legal education pays attention to practical teaching as well as fostering talents with comprehensive abilities, and emphasizes the student-centered teaching approach. China＇s legal education may draw lessons from Australian experience.
