摘要
针对有机水稻除草实际要求设计出新式的能够苗间行间同时作业的除草机,并对除草关键部件进行理论分析得出对除草率、伤苗率产生显著性影响的5个因素:整机前进速度、除草作业深度、弹齿旋转速度、弹齿刀盘尺寸和弹尺个数。从而设计出合理的除草作业方法。本机动力机构采用旋耕机底盘,由弯管连接并驱动除草盘,从而完成苗间除草。
