Failure Analysis on a Vacuum Circuit Breaker of Feed-water Pump and Corresponding Preventive Measures

真空断路器是发电厂的重要电气设备,如果真空断路器缺陷严重,容易造成事故越级,导致厂用母线停电、机组停机。针对6 kV真空断路器故障情况,分析了真空泡部位发生炸裂的原因,对真空断路器真空度降低的隐性缺陷提出了具体的防范措施,为电力系统运行、维护、检修人员提供参考。

Vacuum circuit breakers are of great importance in thermal power plant normal operation. Their dysfunctions may cause power loss of auxiliary power bus and even shutdown of the unit. The reason of vacuum circuit breaker act failure is fully analyzed in this paper and the detailed preventive measures are also provided for future unit operation, inspection and maintenance.
