摘要
在金属韧性断裂的数值模拟中,韧性断裂准则阈值的选取对模拟结果的精度有非常大的影响。通过对GCr15棒材试样进行单向拉伸、压缩试验,得到材料应力应变曲线及最大断面收缩率。通过有限元计算获得了三种常用韧性断裂准则的材料断裂阈值,研究结果可供进行GCr15轴承钢断裂模拟研究时应用。
It is very important for the numerical simulation precision of metal ductile fracture to choose its critical value.The material stress-strain curve and the maximum percentage reduction of area are achieved according to the tensile and compression test of column.The critical value of three kinds of ductile fracture criterions which was commonly used is obtained through the finite element calculation.The results of the study can be used to simulate the GCr15 fracture.
