摘要
为了研究带有破孔的机翼蒙皮在爆炸空气冲击波作用下的损伤模式和变形特点,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立带有破孔的机翼蒙皮模型,对带孔蒙皮在爆炸空气冲击波作用下的损伤进行模拟,通过仿真计算得出了带有破孔的机翼蒙皮的破坏规律和变形特点,为装备维修提供依据。结果表明:破孔尺寸发生较大的变化,破孔扩大边缘出现裂纹、相近破孔部分裂解连通形成裂纹,靶板的损伤程度增大。
To study the damage of wing perforated skin under explosive shock wave,finite element theory is adopted in establishing the model.The finite element analysis is used to analyze the damaging pattems and deformation features of perforated target plat under explosive shockwave.Finally its destruction laws and deformation features are simulated and calculated.This provides the basis for equipment maintenances.The result shows that the broken hole size changes,the broken hole expanding edge cracks are brought into existence,the cracks closed to the broken holes are for med into crackle flaws and the damage of the target plate increases.
