摘要
采用以铣代车,使卡罗塞尔箱体外圆的尺寸在数控镗床上不难控制,成败的关键是外圆表面母线的直线度。当工件、刀具的轴心线垂直相交,且各自围绕自已的轴心线回转时,加工出的工件表面是球面的一部份——球台。介绍了该两轴线所形成曲面的任意点曲率半径的试计算公式与加工工艺,用以解决其球面误差和各点的曲率半径不相等的问题,以解决外圆表面母线的直线度的问题。
It is not difficult to control the outer dimensions of CARROUSEL cabinet cylinde with milling instead of turning.Its success or failure depends on the straightness of the busbar of cylindrical surface.When the two axial lines of the workpiece and tool meet at right angles,and they rotate around their respective axis lines,the processed workpiece surface is a part of spherical surface that is spherical segment.This paper introduces the simple formula of curvature radius of arbitrary point on surface shaped with the two axises and processing technology,which are used to solve the problems of the spherical shape error,the not equal radius of curvature of points on surface and the straightness of outer surface generatrix.
