对南钢带钢厂d500轧机A1400减速机运行状况进行分析,查找生产过程中轧制负荷对减速机滑动轴承轴瓦寿命的影响因素以及设备维护方面的不足对减速机滑动轴承的影响,提出了当前状况下轧制负荷要求以及减速机滑动轴承的维护要点。

This paper analyzes d500 mill column A1400 deceleration machine operation status of the strip steel plant at Nanjing Iron and steel works,investigates the influence factors of rolling load reducer sliding beadng pad life in the production process and the influence of deficient equipment maintenance on reducer sliding bearing and puts for ward the rolling load requirements and reducer sliding bearing maintenance points under the existing condition.
