Treating scleroderma from the lung is put forward based on the theory of ＂lung governing fur and hair＂. This pa- per discusses the theory connotation, modern understanding of lung and fur and hair and correlation between lung and sclero- derma, summarizes the pathogenesis and syndrome characteristics, providing a new idea for treating scleroderma from the lung.
