桃儿七对小鼠乳腺癌肿瘤的作用

Effect of Sinopodophyllum Hexundrumon Breast Cancer Tumors in Mice

目的探讨藏药桃儿七对小鼠乳腺癌肿瘤模型的防治作用和初步机制。方法实验以4T1细胞接种配合免疫抑制复制BALB/c小鼠乳腺癌肿瘤为模型,细胞接种后根据小鼠体质量随机分为正常组、模型组,他莫昔芬组(4.1mg/kg),桃儿七高、中、低剂量组(1.2、0.6、0.3g/kg)等6组,分别灌胃给药,连续观察25d,检测肿瘤瘤体质量,脏器指数、白细胞(WBC)计数及组织形态学的变化。结果桃儿七能明显减少乳腺癌的瘤体质量,降低肿瘤、胸腺和脾脏指数,减少WBC计数,组织切片显示促进肿瘤细胞分化。结论藏药桃儿七对乳腺癌有明显防治作用,机制可能与免疫抑制有关。

OBJECTIVE To study the preventing and treating effect of Sinopodophyllum Hexundrum on breast cancer tumors in mice model and its mechanism.METHODS The BALB/c mice were injected with 4T1 cells combined with immune suppressor.According to weight,all mice were randomly divided into 6 groups,normal group,model group,Tamoxifen group （4.1 mg/kg） and high,medium and low Sinopodophyllum Hexundrum dose group（1.2,0.6,0.3 g/kg）,and administrated drugs intragastrically.After 25 days,quality of tumors and changes of visceral index,WBC count and histomorphology were detected.RESULTS Sinopodophyllum Hexundrum significantly reduced tumor weight and decreased tumor,spleen and thymus index,and WBC count.Tissue section showed promotion of tumor cell differentiation.CONCLUSION Tibetan medicine Sinopodophyllum hexandrum has significant preventing and treating effect on breast cancer,and the mechanism may be related to immunosuppression.
