汽车散热器设计计算平台文档自动生成研究

Study on Automatic Creating Documents Technology in the Computing Platforms for Automobile Radiator

针对目前我国国内企业需求以及现有汽车散热器(中冷器)辅助设计软件的缺点和不足,本文基于Visual Basic的Office二次开发技术,并利用汽车散热器/中冷器产品设计输入参数及设计计算生成参数,进行了汽车散热器/中冷器设计计算平台的研究。结果表明,本研究按照企业具体要求,生成和输出了Microsoft Office Word格式的与设计型号发动机配套的汽车散热器/中冷器设计计算说明书、设计报表和设计产品说明书。该设计成果已在相关公司的汽车散热器/中冷器产品设计研发中得到实际应用和推广。

Aiming at the requirements for the present domestic enterprises and the weakness and shortage of the exiting design software for automobile radiator （intercooler）, this paper carried out the computing platforms research for automobile radiator and intercooler. It is based on the secondary developing method of Office in Visual Basic the environment of Visual Basic, and the input parameters of radiator and inter- cooler design and the generation parameters are used. Results show that, according to the specific require- ments of the enterprise, Office reports and the design manuals for automobile radiator and intercooler matching engine can be printed. The research results have been widely used for practical application in the R ＆ D design of automobile radiator and intercooler with related companies.
