河南省国有资本经营预算的实践探究

我国省域国有资本经营预算目前没有可以推广的实践模式,而理论研究更是滞后于实践探索,处于起步和零散状态。文章总结分析了河南省国有资本经营预算的制度框架和实践现状,指出实践中存在的亟需解决的问题,并提出了完善河南省国有资本经营预算制度的对策和建议。

China＇ s provincial state -owned capital management budget is not currently practice model. The theoretical research is at the beginning and scattered, and it is lagging behind the practice exploration. This paper summarizes and analyzes the system framework and practical situation of state - owned capital management budget in Henan province, and further analysis and points out problems that need to solve in practice, and gives some advices and solutions that perfect state- owned capital management budget system in Henan province.
